(english texte below) … mit diesem Motto zieht unser Coverdesigner Jacques Bynens aka Psikodelicious durchs Leben. Der sympathische 27-jährige nennt weiter »Psychonauting, Kunst und das Leben« als seine Interessen. Geboren in Mexiko, reiste Jacques schon viel in der Welt herum, Frankreich, Belgien und die USA, um nun wieder in seine Heimat zurückzukehren. Sein Weg in die grafische Welt begann früh, und obwohl die meisten seiner Werke digitaler Art sind, braucht Jacques den Zeichnenstift wie die Luft zum Leben. Außer Covers für Cosma, Sharigrama, Magnetrixx und diverse Compilations sowie viele Flyer für Psypartys weltweit hat er auch Designs für Rock- und New- Age-Projekte kreiert.
Eine weitere Passion lebt er als DJ Dende aus, Jacques ist Mitbegründer der mexikanischen Trancelabels Psyclon und Catalyst Records.

The 27-year-old was born in Mexico and has explored places like France, Belgium and the US, now living in Cholula/Mexico. His way into graphics started pretty early, so no wonder that he dabbles in just about every aspect of contemporary design including digital art, 3d, motion graphics, editorial design and new media. Apart from visual concepts for Cosma, Sharigrama, Magnetrixx and diverse compilations as well as flyers for psyparties worldwide Jacques has also been creating things in rock and new age contexts. Another passion is lived out as DJ Dende, Jacques is cofounder of Psyclon Records and Catalyst Records, two of Mexico’s best know trance labels. Jacques, always on the search for new realms, really fills what’s empty and scratches – on the surface to discover the subjacent. |
