I suffer from insomnia due to PTSS, hopefully you guys know which herb can help me better fall asleep.

We have good experiences with Valerian, especially mixed with hops (humulus lupus). Also Passion flower, Wild dagga or Marihuanilla are worth trying.

These herbs can be used to make a tea. If you don’t fancy the taste, another option is to buy capsules or an extract and put that in a capsule yourself.
