Two hemp grower go into jail
Two growers from Austria shall be prisoned for life as string pullers of a larger group of hemp growers. We are talking about more than 350 kilograms of weed.
Growers, who grow large quantities of cannabis, according to Austrian law pose a threat to the public. That is why according to subparagraph Nr. 5 of paragraph 28a of the narcotic law they shall be imprisoned for life. Both defendants, a 38 and a 41 old are accused to have lead a group of 13 cannabis farmers, who had grown the prohibited plants in six different apartments in the last years. For both prosecution demands many, many years in jail.
