These clubs used to be part of a legal grey area – now they are legal. In Germany, the biggest left-wing party recently demanded a very similar concept. Although there is yet no agreement, a public debate has started. In the cantons Vaud, Neuchâtel, Genf and Fribourg it is now legal to grow up to 4 plants for private usage. However, you have to apply for an official permission to do so.
