Your life-story and relationship with your work
Tell us a little about you and your work:
I start to study electronic music production in 2007, every day more connected with the music, finally in 2010 release my own project.
Currently what projects are you working on? And what future plans have you chalked out for yourself?:
Im looking forward to release the Kontrol Z first album soon by the Neuromind Records. Also cooking some high-tech sounds..
What influenced you to get into your field?:
Since my first parties always connected with the full on, when i start to produce i was feeling comfortable to put my ideas and build tracks where all my influences show up, a mix of everything i hear and enjoy..
As an artist, what role do you think you play in society?:
Musicians have the chance to took people’s attention, sometimes can express a lot of feelings, messages, sensations on subconscious, and the most important make people have fun and dance.
You obviously love what you do…but what do you love the most about your work?:
i love to see the reaction of people on the dance floor… thats priceless.
Creating on a regular basis can be a bloody tough job, so what motivates you to press yourself into the workstation every single day?:
i just believe on this sound… its always nice to hear words for people about your music.. but i think the producers have to believe in what he do….while i keep believing and feel pleasure to do it i’ll keep doing.
Everybody has to start somewhere, usually at the bottom of the ladder, either as the bus-boy or the shoe-shiner. What was the very first job you had?:
Honestly i think i was very lucky at this point.. the Neuromind Records always took my project as a prodigy. Since my first releases there, the brazilian parties and festivals start to come to me ask… and the idea to grow and expand my work to the world its more than a dream.
What is your second love? What’s the alternative career path you would have travelled if you were not on the one you are right now?:
just music.. i don’t see me doing nothing else for now… long time jumping from one job to others.. hope to find myself on this!
