The owner of the hemp-company in Hoexter had been sanctioned some time ago for producing and selling industrial hemp products with a suspended sentence. Though during appeal proceedings a court in Paderborn did repeal the decision, the prosecution in charge was not amused. Therefore now the higher regional court in Hamm will hear the case again.
