Blazing Noise is an exciting,brand new Project ;
born and currently residing in Lisbon..
He start in music in metal and punk bands when he was 14 years old until in 1999 he went to his first psy party in portugal…
This fresh new project was initiated at the end of 2009, with its main aim
to bring some change to the Culture of the psychedelic scene.
The aim of the “Blazing Noise project” is to offer something new, personal, original and psychedelic;

The Music is a perfect mix of melodies and strong fxs, which creates pure,true,
and psychedelic music, which evokes people into dancing and invites them to travel through their minds in a fanatic frenzy trip,
all united in a deep induced state of trance.
In 5 year a lot of work and progression to “Blazing Noise project” has taken place
and he releases all his tracks made this year in 4 V.A´s for:
Biomechanix Records, from Mexico, Free Mind Records from Portugal and others.
In June 2011 Blazing Noise come with his first Ep “Human behavior” from Biomechanix Rec

He already play in big party’s around the world and festivals Like Freedom Festival in Portugal, Error in Time in Mexico and Land Festival in Marrocos , he also play in partys in country’s like Netherlands, Italy, India, Mexico, France, Ibiza and other country’s with some of good artists also like Furious, Crazy Astraunaut, Orca, Rastaliens, Khopat, Talamasca, Vibe Tribe, Spade, and more.

Also In 2013 Blazing Noise get up to the same stage than Bob Marley In Las Dalias – Ibiza for the first time and he join the label Sumeria Rec also from Ibiza

Your life-story and relationship with your work

Tell us a little about you and your work:
Im 32 to years old, i start on music by playing guitar and vocals in Metal and Punk bands. i start my first project with 14 years old that call Dry Mouth, a Metal punk band. My first party in 1999 make me desire to be a part of psychedelic scene and leave my mark

Currently what projects are you working on? And what future plans have you chalked out for yourself?:
For this days im working in a new album for Blazing Noise to be released in 2015 for Biomechanix rec, I´m also on studio with my metal band “Scion” preparing new tracks and get ready for a revolution lol lot of studio work :p

What influenced you to get into your field?:
My son J.P., People, fellings, Nature and a good weed (lol)

As an artist, what role do you think you play in society?:
i try to show what goes inside my mind, the other me. i try to make a difference and spread some messages and for sure make people having fun and smile we only got one life and for sure is to have fun

You obviously love what you do…but what do you love the most about your work?:
felling the vibe in the dance floor with my music, see the people changing on the dancefloors and change myself with the music and express myself with , love to travel and meet all the people around the world

Creating on a regular basis can be a bloody tough job, so what motivates you to press yourself into the workstation every single day?:
to know that my hard work will be ear and touch someone minds in some part of the world, also when i come from a good party with good vibe on the dancefloor when i’m acting, it motivate me to keep going and always inspired me

Everybody has to start somewhere, usually at the bottom of the ladder, either as the bus-boy or the shoe-shiner. What was the very first job you had?:
my first job, hahaha i was a kid with 16 years old and wanted to buy a new guitar so i went work on mcdonalds for few months

What is your second love? What’s the alternative career path you would have travelled if you were not on the one you are right now?:
i dont know haha i always worked and fighted to be a musician or work with music, since i was a kid i had passion for music, but maybe working with kids like a music teacher for kids, but always loved the music and sounds and always looking at me like a musician

Share your experiences and your characteristics/personality

No man is an island’- they say, in this light, what quality do you admire the most in others?:
i’m a fighter and i fight a lot for what i want and never give up until i got what i want

Sometimes life can be quite a – insert word that rhymes with witch. Which phase was the hardest/scariest in your life?:
when my son was born, i think was the most scariest time of my life and also the most beautiful day of my life

Any embarrassing moments? Yes, you’d hate to disclose your secrets but we’d love to hear.:
haha my embarrassing moment was when my girl give me her hand for the first time and said that had something to talk with me haha i didn’t know what to say or what to do it

Everybody’s got favourites…so what’s your favourite work/piece among everything that you’ve designed/produced/dj-ed/created? (Link us up!):
i think my favourite work, not my best work, it was the track i most liked to work, was my remix track of Transdriver, cause it always was a great artist for me when i started
to hear psytrance i always heard his tracks in 2002 so it was a great pleasure for me to make that remix and also the track i made with my son voices J.P.

Name a few of your all time favourite tracks. (From other artists if you are producer).:
for psy music i really love Shift vs Absolum – frequent smokers Absolum – orange Transdriver – the nutcracker for other styles, since kid, follow Max Cavalera and Soulfly Doors – the end Slipknot

When have you been most satisfied in your life? Care to share one of your happiest memories?:
when i first act for more than 5000 people and see all dancefloor jumping and dancing with my music, this was on freedom festival portugal

the biggest joke is the politics and all their crap it’s the biggest joke

There’s a book on the shelf. It’s your autobiography. What does the title say?:
beyond smoked thoughts

Flash-forward in time. You are now really old. What would you tell your children/loved ones?:
fight for your dreams never give up and stay strong, you can have and be whatever you want, what you love and have in your mind

Into the time machine again. What do you miss about being a kid?:
all the crazy times i had in Rockline bar with my first band Dry Mouth

Your hobbies and other fun questions

Excessive chopping dulls the axe. Time-outs are a must. What do you do when you take time off from creating? Got any hobbies?:
i make music hahaha it’s my favourite work and hoobie. lol i also like to travel walk around and be with my kid and i love to learn about all in life and for sure having fun

What’s the last movie/T.V show you saw or book/magazine you read?:
House M.D.

my favourite movie The Doors – When You’re Strange and Blow with Jonny Dep

With all the X-men and heroes running around. Us mortals would like some powers too. What one superpower would you choose?:
spider man, i’d love to go around there in my web and watch people from the sky or invisible man

The genie comes out of the lamp and grants you one wish that will change the world. What would you wish for?:
honesty and peace for all

Your opinions and viewpoints

In an era where most people bear a close resemblance to sandpaper, it’s easy to snap. What are your dislikes/pet peeves/frustrations?:
people that dont care about the others, rules. i really hate rules and all the politics

How do you connect to the spiritual side of yourself?:
by music, by producing, when im in studio alone producing is like i’m meditating, is like the world does not exist anymore, only myself, my guitar, synth and the music, also by thoughts, i believe in Metaphysical and everything is energy so just need to go to nature to connect with God

Your relationship with psychedelics

Creativity and psychedelics work together. Do you agree? Why/Why not?:
Creativity works together with all the art, it depends the path you choose and the time you give to your creativity and art

Any work/pieces that were inspired by entheogens?:
My song J.P. and Kírtana

Are you pro-weed culture? Why do you think the majority of the population goes against the green?:
yes i think we need to love the green, Nature is our God< i love green i love weed i love my God Nature Any ideas to rectify this mindset?:
First, we need to Love everything second, Legalize it LOL and for sure we need to see the Nature Like a Powerful energy the most powerful in planet earth. earth is our home, we need to take care of our home for me i like to have my home clean, and you?

Advice for the readers and fans

At the end of the ride, everyone’s looking for some form of success (tangible or not), what does success mean to you?:
it means that i realize my dreams and people hear my words and see my feelings
